optking.stepAlgorithms.step_matches_forces(dq: ndarray, fq: ndarray)

Check for eigenvectors from RFO matrix which don’t qualitatively match the gradient. If the forces are zero along a given coordinate, the eigenvector which will be taken as a step should have a component of 0 along that coordinate
